You need to log in by creating a username and password and then follow the instructions under 'book now'. If you prefer to do a paper booking, booking forms can be found at the back of the church.

RATES
Fees are determined by age (as at 31.08.10).
Full fees must be received by the payment deadlines (according to the table below) in order to qualify for discounts. Reduced payment deadlines are strict and New Wine can take no responsibility for postal delays.
Payments include entry to all venues (subject to capacity), use of facilities and a camping pitch. There is no discount for staying off site.
Requests to camp with a particular church or group must be received by 27 April 2010. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee to meet all requests for different church groups to be camped together.
Full fees received: X by 30.11.09; Y by 31.03.10; Z after 31.03.10


TERMS & CONDITIONS
1 Full fees must be received by 28 May 2010 at the latest.
2 All cancellations incur an administration fee of £15 per fee-paying delegate. Cancellations must be received in writing by 28 May 2010 otherwise full fees will be forfeited.
3 Delegate places can only be substituted like for like (i.e. adult for adult place) when received by New Wine in writing, from the booking contact, before 30 June 2010. All substitutions incur a £5 per-person administration fee.
4 It is highly recommended that holiday insurance be taken out in case of late unforeseen circumstances.
5 No pets are allowed on site except aid dogs.
6 There will be official photographers on site at our summer conferences. Delegates may feature in these images, which will be used for our website and magazine. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, you must submit a letter stating this to the Team Leader of their children’s group on registration.
New for 2010: We need to know the adult who will be acting as guardian for any under-18s on this booking. Guardians must be 21 years of age or older and not serving on Team.
